Success hasn’t changed me, I’m still very grounded, says Drashti Dhami!

Telly favorite Drashti Dhami, who credits success to her hit show like Dill Mill Gyye, Geet Hui Sabse Parai and Madhubala-Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, says the dynamics of being a TV star has never affected her at all. The winner of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa season 6, who accommodated dates and time for Jhalak rehearsals and Madhubala, says except her hectic shoots, nothing has changed. She is still a grounded person, who spends time with family and friends on regular bases.

“The dynamics of being a TV star has not affected me at all. I am the same Drashti that I was when I started doing TV. I haven’t changed as a person. I am very grounded. Even now, I go back to my family, meet my friends and all others, like I used to earlier. Honestly, TV fame has not affected me at all. Alike her on screen character of Simar in Life OK’s love story Kaisa Yeh Ishq Hai Ajab Sa Risk Hai where she goes through a complete change for her love interest, Sukirti Khandpal off screen also believes that true love can make anyone to go to the edge.

She plays a NRI girl on the show opposite Gaurav S Bajaj who plays Rajveer, a typical Indian guy. On being quizzed it’s possible that two individuals, different as chalk and cheese to come close and share love life, Sukirti answered, “Why not, if you really love someone, you can do anything for that person. It seems something went wrong with the popular stars of Dil Dostii Dance, which airs on Channel [V] and is produced by Cinevistaas productions, as they are facing health issues one after another. Recently it was reported that beautiful Vrushika Mehta, who plays Sharon on the show went through dengue but at the same day she got discharged from the hospital, went to shoot for the Mega Monday.

Television heartthrob Karan Wahi, who appeared in shows like Dil Mill Gayye, Kuch Toh Log Kahenge followed by captivating anchoring in Star PlusNach Baliye season 5, said that at the age of 27 he is not looking for a girlfriend rather than he is willing to get married.

The actor, who had shared rapport with few girls, accepts that he has never been a good boyfriend. Karan confesses to not being perfect in relationships. “I haven’t dated too many girls. All my relationships have been very short-lived. I’m a very bad boyfriend. I’m just too much into my friends. I’ll choose my friends over my girlfriend nine out of ten times. I’m just doing too many things all the time, so I can’t give my relationship the time it needs. Now, at 27, you don’t fall in love the way you used to fall in love at 21.
