Vikrant Massey wants to deliver shows which deals with social-issues!

 Vikrant Massey stuck gold playing a vital character in Bollywood film Lootera opposite Ranveer Singh and Sonakshi Sinha. He raised the bar of acting through the film and says issue-based projects draw him more. He made some commendable performances in TV shows like Balika Vadhu and Baba Aiso Varr Dhoondo that were based on social subjects.

Vikrant says essaying such dignified roles in these shows gives him satisfaction. “It has been my constant effort that the issues and ideologies which I believe in, I bring them on TV through my craft – be it in Balika Vadhu, where I highlighted the concept of widow remarriage or be it Baba Aiso Varr Dhoondo or be it Yeh Hai Aashiqui that I am doing now. I want to do shows which are different and this is not for doing TV shows only, but also films. I get a sense of satisfaction by doing such projects and things,” said Vikrant, who is currently seen in Zee TV‘s show Qubool Hai in a key role. Read more…

Vikrant Massey and Sana Sheikh to feature in Star Plus’ telefilm!

Production house Trilogy Krikos is all geared up to make a telefilm for Star Plus for their show Teri Meri Love stories. The telefilm will feature two known faces of Indian Television.

A little birdie from the town says that Vikrant Massey and Sana Sheikh will be seen in the lead roles in the project. The tele actors are all set to spread the magic with their touching and sensible acting. The audience saw Vikrant in Imagine’s show Baba Aiso Var Dhoondo. The telefilm would be directed by the noted director Ashwini Chaudhary who has directed the movie Jodi Breakers. An insider reveals that Puru, who gained popularity via Khotey Sikkey, had put down his papers and is currently serving his notice period.
