It was thrilling to be a part of Lufthansa airline’s campaign, says Shakti Mohan!

India’s one of the top dancers, only female winner of Dance India Dance and a highly popular character from Dil Dosti Dance, Shakti Mohan has a lot more achievements to add in her kitty. She has been signed by Lufthansa airline, a largest airline in Europe, for the campaign of their commercial promotions that is a chief offer for one to grab. Thanks to the outstanding dancing and acting skills of the belle who made this possible.

She is elated about the venture and says it was a thrilling experience for her. “Yes, I have featured in Lufthansa airline’s campaign. Lufthansa approached me after seeing my calendar pictures from Nritya Shakti 2013 dancing with the Gods. They really liked my pictures in red saree which I had clicked for my calendar. Lufthansa has also taken my move video for which I shot last year. I will also be judging a worldwide dance competition organized by Lufthansa which will be mainly an Indian or Bollywood style.” Read more…

Li’l Masters win the trophy of DID Dance Ka Tashan!

Esselvision Productions’ dance series DID Dance Ka Tashan of Dance India Dance will see its finale this weekend on 20 October 2013. The competition will be taken place between wonder kids of Season 2 DID Li’l Masters and splendid moms of DID Super Mom contestants. But before you wait for the whole week to complete just to get the name of the winning team, we are here to disclose the name of the winners. And the winner is none other than the little champs the kids.

SRK-Deepika Padukone had gala time on DID Super Moms!

Next stoppage for Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer Chennai Express was the sets of Zee TV’s reality show Dance India Dance Super Moms, after making their presence shown on various other stations of different daily and reality shows.

Everyone on the sets, including 14 participants, judges Marzi and Terrance Lewis, grand master Mithun Chakraborty had gala time with the amusing Shahrukh Khan and vivacious Deepika. The actress came out impressive with the acts done by mothers on the show, and went ahead to share her excitement. Deepika said, “I’m profoundly inspired by you super moms. Bollywood choreographer Terence Lewis, who shot to fame with reality show Dance India Dance and currently seen as one of the three judges in DID Super Moms, says Madhuri Dixit is the last dancing legend.

Terrance Lewis to join judges panel for DID Super Moms!

Everyone’s favorite choreographer Terrance Lewis, who went missing from Dance India Dance franchises after season three, is coming back to his most suited seat, DID’s judging panel for its latest season DID Super Moms on Zee TV.

He will join the mega dance platform along with co-judges Marzi Pestonji and Farah Khan for the ongoing season. Mithun Chakraborty will remain to grand masters seat and join Terrance when the show will reach to the level of Top 16 participants. Read more…

Prince Gupta, who introduced a unique style of popping and locking in Dance India Dance reality show of Zee TV, says he wants to be a choreographer and is looking forward to do other reality shows on TV but not as a contestant.

During an interview, Prince got candid about his film debut, dream project and Dance India Dance. First, he spoke about Prabhu Deva‘s Anybody Can Dance (ABCD), which turned him an actor. He said, “I’m happy with the success. We were all known as television show dancers earlier (his co-stars in the movie who were also contestants on Dance India Dance). Now we’re also known as actors. The versatile couple Jay BhanushaliMahhi Vij won the trophy of the fifth season of popular dance reality show Nach Baliye and says they will spend the prize money to pay home loan.

Jay, Dance Indian Dance fame is elated winning this title and says, “It has been a superb experience. Show ke shuruwat mein I was 82 kg, now I am 12 kg lesser. When Shah Rukh Khan had delivered the dialogue, ‘Kuch pane ke liye kuch khona padta hai’, I didn’t understand, but now I do.  Jay Bhanushali earned big fame thanks to this chocolate boy looks. He has won praises from all for his act in Kayamath, Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil and Kairi – Rishta Khatta Meetha. Along with acting, he even proved to be a great host with Zee TV’s Dance India Dance.

Recently, speaking to the sources, he said, “I’m very selective about the TV shows I take up. A daily soap, unlike a reality show which requires about three months’ commitment, requires an actor to stay committed for at least a year. I took up fiction with Kairi… after about a gap of two years because the character sketch excited me. Although, as the storyline progressed I could not relate to the character as much as I did earlier. I don’t believe doing work half-heartedly, so I decided to quit. Even the creative team understood my viewpoint and didn’t object to my decision. I’m not someone who takes up the show to make a living. I believe in taking up the soaps that give me creative satisfaction. Had I thought of making money out of doing TV shows, I’d have done every other TV soap and reality shows”. Read more…

Salman Yusuff Khan has no time for Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa!

Choreographer-turned-actor Salman Yusuff Khan, who is now all geared up to make his silver screen debut with Remo D’Souza‘s ABCD AnyBody Can Dance, says he won’t do dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa now.

Speaking to the sources, Salman, said, “I don’t think I will be able to go back to Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. I have lots of things right now on my platter. So it might be difficult”. For those unaware, Salman had recently suffered serious injuries earlier this month when he fell from a height during a stage performance. He was performing at Big Star Entertainment Awards.
