Finally, wedding bells to ring on Krushna and Kashmera!

Much to actress Kashmera Shah’s surprise, long term boyfriend Krushna Abhishek has suddenly announced on the sets of Nach Baliye that they will get married in the next six months. The couple is being in a live-in relationship for more than seven years and had been maintaining that they are content with their relationship and marriage will happen when the time is right.

An elated yet shocked Kashmera said, “I was taken by shock when Krushna announced it. My instant reaction was, Are you mad? Is this the way to tell me about my wedding? Krushna isn’t impulsive and he must have been thinking about it for some time. Since he has announced it, the wedding will happen in the next six months.” Read more…

Me and fiancé Pooja Shah to participate in Nach Baliye next year, says Jay Soni!

TV actor Jay Soni is keen to participate in celebrity couple dance reality show Nach Baliye and even approached for the current season with her fiancé Pooja Shah, however, they did not take it up owing to certain reasons.

Jay, who admits that makers of NB offered him participation, shares the reason why he couldn’t take the show. “Yes, as soon as we got engaged, we were offered Nach Baliye. But as you all are aware, my fiancée is not from the industry, and mine is an arranged relationship. So she will require her own time to get into the groove of things. Also, dancing will be something new for her and I will want her to take enough time to give her acceptance to doing the show,” he expressed. Read more…

Gurmeet Chaudhary injured himself on Nach Baliye sets!

Last we had hurt how Rithvik Dhanjani and Asha Negi got injured while preparing for their dance performance in Nach Baliye 6. Now latest, who has hurt himself is small-screen heartthrob Gurmeet Chaudhary, who has injured himself as a stunt went wrong.

Sources say, “It so happened that Gurmeet had to break a few bricks as an impromptu act on the stage. Unfortunately somewhere, something went wrong and the man was left bleeding profusely.” Read more…

Small screen heartthrobs are nowadays busy shaking a leg in dance reality show Nach Baliye. What makes this season way more interesting is the fact that now the contestant couples are also seen praising each other on the show which definitely brings in more flavour to the show.

Gurmeet Chaudhary likely to make Bollywood debut soon!

Telly favorite Gurmeet Chaudhary is likely to make Bollywood debut in the directorial debut of choreographer Swaroop Raj Medara. The film would be based on dance and Gurmeet, well known for his dancing skills (winner of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, and currently seen in Nach Baliye) would see playing a dancer. The film is expected go on the floor in March or April 2014.

On being quizzed about the report, Gurmeet said, “I have been approached for the film and had a meeting with the makers but it is not finalised yet because I have not said yes or no yet; I want to focus only on Nach Baliye season 6 as of now.” The Geet actor also informed that he is currently in talks with others directors for his debut film. He said he has had meetings with a couple of more directors and producers since Punar Vivah (Zee TV) ended. “Other than dance films, I have been getting a lot of offers for romantic and action films, too,” averred Gurmeet. Handsome actor Gautam Rode, who is back with a bang hosting the current season of celebrity couple dance reality show Nach Baliye, says he likes acting to hosting. He is also playing the protagonist of Star Plus’ popular daily soap Saraswatichandra.

Speaking about the genre that interests him more, Gautam says, “Acting and anchoring are two sides of the same coin, but I prefer acting. I love playing a character and getting into the skin of it. Star Plus’ most awaited celebrity couple dance reality show Nach Baliye season 6 is set to launch today with 11 sizzling contestants and three famous judges-actress Shilpa Shetty, director Sajid Khan and choreographer Terence Lewis. As the dance war is about to ring, heartbeat of contestant Gurmeet Choudhary has started bumping high.

Gurmeet, who received the winning trophy of dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5, says there is a responsibility on him to live up to his fans’ expectations. Sargun Mehta replaces Sriti Jha in Balika Vadhu!

Television actress Sargun Mehta, last seen in Nach Baliye and Kya Huaa Tera Vaada, is set to carry forward the role of Ganga in Balika Vadhu after Sriti Jha, who originally played Ganga, had quit the show.

Sargun is excited about the show and took to micro-blogging website Twitter to make the announcement. “Hey guys! I have a news – I am back and this time on one of the most loved show Balika Vadhu on Colors at 8 p.m. as Ganga. Do try and watch,” she tweeted. Read more…
