It is not new plot in small screen world when many characters who have made a comeback after they were shown dead in their respective daily soaps. From Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki to Kayamat, whether it is with plastic surgery, as a new lookalike character, or as an undercover character seeking revenge against the villain, the storylines with the dead characters always take its special place in the daily soaps.

Amrita Prakash might to replace Fenil Umrigar in Bade Achhe Laggte Hain!

It has been just a week for beautiful actress Fenil Umrigar to essay the grownup Pihu in Bade Acche Lagte Hain, however if buzz is to believed she might get replaced soon. The maker, Ekta Kapoor is said to have some problem with Fenil’s performance and is busy hunting for her replacement.

Karan Mehra to join Pavitra Rishta cast post 20 years leap!

It seems television actor Karan Mehra has become a favorite to producer Ekta Kapoor, who is roping him back-to-back in her daily soaps. Earlier, he was assigned to play vital role in Sony TV’s popular show Bade Achhe Laggte Hain and now he has been signed for the lead role in Zee TV’s long running show Pavitra Rishta.

As already reported that Pavitra Rishta is heading towards a big-fat leap of 20 years, it is now gathered that Karan Mehra will see paring opposite Ankita Lokhande, female protagonist of the show.  “Ankita Lokhande, who plays Archana, will play her own granddaughter in the show,” said sources, adding that Ankita’s return to the show is happening only on the condition that the story will focus on her and she would get to play a younger character. Splitsvilla star Arjit Taneja to join Bade Acche Lagte Hain cast!

Sony Entertainment Television’s Bade Acche Lagte Hain, presented by Balaji Telefilms of Ekta Kapoor is soon to witness a new entry in Splitsvilla Season 6 fame Arjit Taneja. His entry will happen post seven years leap in the show.

It was reported earlier that television’s young actress Fenil Umrigar has been roped in to play Pihu, Ram (Ram Kapoor) and Priya Kapoor’s (Sakshi Tanwar) adorable daughter. According to the sources, Arjit Taneja will make a cameo appearance and hit on Pihu. He will be seen exchanging numbers with Pihu at a party in a sequence post the leap. Recently there were reports that Sony TV’s family soap Bade Acche Lagte Hain will witness the death sequence of Kartik (Chirag Thakkar). However, latest updates state that Kartik, who is currently been admitted in hospital after being shot by cop, will recover and survive.
